Happy Friday! A bit of an update on projects!

November 12, 2021

Last week I reached out to The Project Linus Tampa Bay Chapter, after a week a got a response back, Yay! I have gathered 15 blankets from our Knit and Crochet Ministry over several months. They accept all kinds of blankets, such as quilts, fleece and etc.

They take sizes from preemies to 18 year old. They are holding a blanket drop off in a city not to far from me on the 21st and 28th of This month. I did gather the blankets to take a couple pics to share.

Without further a do…

This last one is a WIP I hope to finish in time to donate,

Have a wonderful and safe weekend,

Our New windows have installed and the Inspector came by to check them out. Everything worked out an we enjoy this home improvement investment we made!

Just a few pics I snapped while they were completing the installation…

On the crafting side of things, I completed the C2C blanket with a dc border.

It’s cleaned and put into the donation package!

My new hibiscus 🌺 plants have been blooming and we have some beautiful skies during our walks!

Welcome November!

November 1, 2021

Today our new windows are being installed! Yay! We no ordered them in May. There was such a back order on parts and such. I am in Florida , so of course we chose the storm windows to withstand 175 mph winds.

There is a crew of two men and they let us know that the screens will be in at another time 😮 which is a bit disappointing. The weather is beautiful today, I think the low was 55 high will be 77.

That is what’s going on today! Trying to keep my 3 cats calm and safe.

Have a wonderful day and chat soon!

Blogtober Day 30

October 30, 2021

The reason I was MIA

I had taken some pics to share, but got some news that a dear family member was in the hospital. This is a special Uncle married 71 years to my Aunt whom is my crochet mentor. He passed away a week ago today. They live a couple hours away from me, but we visit them often. I was able to stay with my Aunt a few days and came home Wednesday.

I will be back to posting . Now that Blogtober is about over, I will share a few things here and there! I will share the photos I planned!

A C2C to donate
A C2C to donate, I’m already on the decrease. I just haven’t taken a recent photo!
A Twiddle Muff! Making these to donate in memory of my Uncle!
This is the other side!

Have a wonderful weekend and chat soon,
